His name is Mohammad , he is 16 years old ,he study  in high school in tenth grade in AL- Karmel secondary school .He has 2 brothers and 2 sisters ,he live in live in Al-Sheikh Zayed ,he like reading and maintaining computers too.\


Last week I was walking in my town ,when I saw a lot of men were running to my neighbor house I followed them after that I found a fire in their rooms and it was very bad the furniture caught fire and every things smashed and we luckily I found some aids to help them and some paramedics do the best to rescue the causalities  but luckily all  causalities not dangerous  .

Health is wealth.” Those who have understood its importance will try to keep themselves fit. Apart from a balanced diet, sports are necessary to maintain our health. Sports are necessary for maintaining our health and physical fitness .Sports also create good qualities in us.
We may feel that, if we spend our time in playing and useful things and different kinds of sports  , After you return home from school, play for about one to two hours as the mind is tired. Then you can study again.

I always have free time and I learn many thing when I'm free I do a lot of activates in my free time sometimes spent in playing football and other play computer games  .People learn lessons from various ways, I think we must spend our times in useful things to improve and help each other  one way people learn is through personal experience. I advice my friends to spend their free time in good and useful way  .


To have a balanced diet, we should be calm with our stomach don’t give it anything. Our foods must consist of six food groups and    without extra amounts of fat, sugar and salt , and the six groups provide all 50 nutrients the body needs in fact our bodies will be fit if we have it  ; you must follow some simple steps to be fit and health .
